How To Use This Site (Print this page to reference during Sign-Up Process) Step 1 Click the Sign-Up link at the top of this page and provide the requested information. (Sign-Up from July 14th thru August 31st) Create Username (use first initial and last name), Create Password, Provide Email, indicate if you are a Supplier/Agency or P&G Attendee or P&G Buyer, provide Networking Objective, Company Name, Your First Name, Your Last Name, Your Location and if applicable the P&G Spend Pool. When choosing Company Type, P&G Purchases Attendees should select P&G Attendee unless they have been assigned a special role by their spend pool as a P&G Buyer during the Networking Event.) Step 2 You will receive an email with your username, password and a link to activate your account. Please remember your Username and Password will be needed to access the Website in the future. Step 3 Click the link you received in the email to return to the website “My Profile“ page. Then, click the Edit Profile tab and enter all other requested profile information. (Please note that providing profile information allows others to search for you in the database. When someone sends an appointment invitation, you will have the choice to accept or decline the appointment invitation.) If you want to supply products or services, make sure that you fill in the “Supplied” box in your profile. If you are seeking products or services, make sure that you fill in the “Desired” box in your profile. Steps 1, 2 & 3 above must be completed before you can participate in the Appointment Scheduling process. Step 4: With your profile complete, you may search for individuals and companies of interest who have signed up on the networking website. Please note that the Sign-Up process continues thru August 31st. Step 5: You will be able to schedule appointments on the website between August 19th and September 12th (a scheduling reminder will be sent on August 18th). Please schedule your appointments early to secure your target appointments at the times you desire.
