Appointment Scheduling - Networking Process

Appointment Scheduling - Networking Process (Print this page to reference during Appointment Scheduling Process)

(Appointment Scheduling from August 19th thru September 12th)

Through the Networking Website, you can request, accept, decline and confirm appointments prior to the event. All participants will have nine (9), fifteen-minute appointment times available the day of the event.

Requests

Once you have used the website Search function (at the top of the page) to identify a company of interest, click "View Profile" and then click "Request Appointment" to request a 15-minute appointment slot. A comment box is available to send additional details with your request. The person will be sent an email notifying them of the appointment request.

Requests can be made by companies that are seeking to be a supplier/agency, companies that are seeking suppliers/agencies, and companies that are interested in general linking with other companies.

Accept / Decline

You can use the Networking Website to accept or decline appointment requests.

If you accept a request, an e-mail will be sent to the requesting user to confirm your acceptance and the appointment will be added to your schedule.

If you decline a request, an e-mail will be sent to the requesting user stating the denial.  You can use the Comment Box to explain why or to offer an alternative appointment time slot.  (Note: A new request must be submitted).

Out of respect of others, please act quickly on appointment requests to resolve "Pending" status of appointments.

Cancel

You can cancel appointments by reviewing your "My Appointments" page and clicking "Cancel" next to a scheduled appointment. The appointment will be removed from your schedule and an email will be sent to the person you cancelled notifying them of the cancellation.

Reviewing Your Schedule

You will have the ability to review your current schedule of appointments on the Networking Website. In addition, you will be able to print your current schedule of appointments. Each appointment will be assigned a meeting table.
